Sold in 48 hours!! Shelley was absolutely amazing. We listed our home in the middle of a global pandemic and I really wasn't sure what to except. But Shelley had a clear plan and strategy for us to list and sell our home AND she had a plan to keep our family safe by being smart about showings and the listing.
She had thought of everything and did virtual filming of our home to increase showings without exposing my family to unnecessary foot traffic. It worked perfectly. It allowed us only to have only extremely interested buyers at our showings and that left me feeling safer.
But the truly amazing thing she pulled off was this - 2 offers in the first 24 hours. I was shocked...even though she had told me from the start she felt good about how we looked and expected it to go fast.
She and the team staged my home perfectly. So well - that I almost thought about staying. I stole many of their staging ideas and style to decorate my new home. So that was an added bonus I never even thought about.
The close was so easy - no bumps or hiccups. She checked in with me the perfect amount. I felt supported, but not inundated with communication. It was the easiest, cleanest and most efficient listing and closing I've ever had on any of my homes. She priced it right, she thought strategically, and she sold my house in 48 hours - in the height of the COVID crisis. Mind Blowing. Call her, if she could sell my house, she can sell any home.
