Shanna Syphrett

Like many current residents whom spent countless summers vacationing in the serene Hill Country, Shanna's long awaited dream of becoming a permanent resident became a reality in 2015. Originally from Odessa, she earned her academic degrees from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2010, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2011. She is proud to denote that she has raised 3 amazing, intriguing, and independent boys. In her free time, Shanna enjoys spending time in the tranquil outdoors of our beautiful Hill Country golfing, hiking, running, and relaxing on the lake. Her career has encompassed 14 years as a Financial Controller in the oil and gas industry. Over the course of the last few years, her entrepreneurial side has been magnified. Her experience in finance allowed her to form Pinpoint Business Solutions, where she consults small business owners in management as well as assisting in their bookkeeping and accounting needs. A second business was formed out of her love for architecture coupled with real estate in the Hill Country. As a partner in a new home construction business, Stone Arbor Properties, (with her husband who is experienced in new home construction) she expresses herself through working with individuals in creating their future homes from assisting with architectural meetings, to selecting final touches to make each home unique. Her background and experience in each of these areas have cultivated her determination and passion for wanting to help others. This overwhelming desire, coupled with the love of the region, knowledge of finance, and concurrent entrepreneurial ventures have cumulated into her career in real estate. Likely the largest financial decision one will make in his/her lifetime, a transfer of home ownership should be handled with care and precision to detail.
