I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Sattar Sobhani. I was first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Sattar, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for me and check the condition of the houses!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. He walked me through every step of the negotiations. All throughout the negotiations and closing Sattar was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. I was impressed with Sattars professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring I was satisfied with my final decision on my new place.
If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isnt any question on who my Realtor will be!
