Sam was amazing. He worked at the speed of lightning to run apps and background checks on applicants for a property he represented. My clients were on a time crunch and he went out of his way to not only get everything he needed for verification, but to also send over a very well written lease and addenda in less than 24 hours. Thrilled, thankful, and highly recommend.
