“Sally Beck was the best possible person we could have had to sell our home. We had already bought a home and moved out of state during the selling process. Sally was at the house taking care of a myriad of details that could not have been done by us from afar. For example, the ceiling in the foyer got wet and fell in the day before the house went on the market. She was there to let the contractors in to fix the problem. Her husband was extremely helpful, also, in that he had to remove a snake from our master bedroom! Sally made sure the house looked pretty and that all of the many items that can happen in an older home were resolved. I felt very comfortable leaving her in charge of an older empty house. Sally was always available to let in contractors and even found contractors to do the work. She was responsive to all of our concerns and spent much time with us regarding the title company's lack of knowledge of IRS liens. She helped us understand the process of closing and followed up on all of the details. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sally to sell/buy anyone's home.
