I am a native Houstonian, and mother of two wonderful children, and I have a passion for helping people, traveling, food, health, fitness and adventure. I was a life coach, CrossFit instructor, personal trainer, triathlete and model. I am a currently a member of The Woodlands Church and I enjoy volunteering in my community.
