Hello my name is Richard Aguilar, I have worked for HAR since 2005. I started in the Membership Department and I am knowledgeable about all areas of HAR. I specialize in Member Training and SUPRA administration. I was the principle coordinator for the 2016 lock-box exchange, working with large offices to facilitate a smooth transition. I have worked in Commercial Gateway and MLS as a Membership Coordinator and now I am a HAR Training Specialist.
My goal is to help all Realtor members learn how to use the Matrix MLS, as well as educate them on all the free tools HAR offers to make your business successful. This includes training MLS Platinum subscribers to optimize their Branding tools.
