Thank you Stephany Ramírez and her team for helping me in the process of finding my next Home. My First realtor lied to us on many things we were not aware of in our current Home, or our rights, and Stephany help me understand many of the rights we have as buyers and the importance of getting an inspection on our Home so she could help me negotiate something with the seller. Which our previous realtor never mention this and we went to our first Home buying to later find out there was so many things wrong with the house. Stephany its a great negotiator and she will fight for you to get the best deal for you. She help me save a ton on repairs that essentially if they has not Bren negotiate it, it was going to come out of my pocket
