GroundsSimply the BEST condo at the Maravilla Resort. This 2/2 is very unique. It is quite a bit larger then most 2 bedroom/ 2 bath at the Maravilla. Named Making Memories, this property has proven its profitability as vacation rental. Owner appeal and rarity of a condominium, its layout, and very nice amenities make it more profitable then most Maravilla condos. Making Memories does not have a neighbor toward the West. Wake up feeling like you are at the beach. Marking Memories has a large balcony with spands for a panoramic view of the Gulf and Seawall. Large living room with a queen sleeper sofa. 2 king bedrooms, large closets, RV style bunk beds. Full sized Kitchen appliances. Kitchen is also very room. Granite breakfast bar, Wood floors, Jacuzzi tub, shower with a seat in 2nd bath. Possibly sold furnished. Maravilla has 3 pools, hot tub, elevators, and gym. The one in front of the unit is heated. Our balcony repair was finished in Spring 2020.
