This property is located in Augusta Pines, north Harris County. Built in 2007, it has been beautifully updated since construction and maintained.
The pool and waterfall feature with gas flame fire bowls were designed and built in 2013 by Bella Domani Pools and Outdoor Design. The pool is also equipped with a gas-fueled pool heater, landscape lighting, path lights, Rainbow lawn irrigation and drainage.

The primary suite (master suite) is large and separated into sleeping and reading or TV areas. Windows open to the pool and gas-fueled fire bowls.
Ceiling treatments are customized for an elegant impact. From the recess hang dual ceiling fans with lites. The door in the distance opens directly to the flex room.
One of two deep closets in the adjoining master bath can be used for hanging, storing and accessing sorted folded ware. Note that both shelving and drawers are provided.
The second master bath closet is near the shower. It is also equipped with a built-in dresser, but also has an oval-shaped architectural window to the front.
