This is the view down Mechanic Street where you will have the front row seat to the Mardi Gras parades.
From the dining room we will continue on to the kitchen.
The kitchen features a spacious breakfast bar with both bar and counter height seating options. The closed door to the left is the pantry. Note the exposed stained pillars and beams. These original touches are found throughout the loft.
Full size walk-in pantry with drawers for easy organization. The ceiling was lowered in the pantry to create an attic for additional storage. You will be surprised to find how much storage is offered in this loft.

This area makes a great entertainment/game/media room. This wall is the only common wall in the entire loft. It is double insulated. The TV with mount can remain with the unit.
The entertaining area features decorative wallpaper and a wainscot accent wall.
Patio area off the living areas is the perfect place to enjoy your evening cocktail.

The guest bedroom and bathroom is located straight ahead.
The French Doors are original to the building.
The guest bedroom is currently set up as an office/living area. A spacious closet is straight ahead.
