Access to the home is through a gated entrance. The former carport has been enclosed with garage doors, creating more privacy. The well-lighted entry leads to the front door. This stunning soft contemporary home was taken to the studs in 2016. Additional modifications were made in 2017 - 2018. Updates to the home include: double pane windows, furnace, water heater, and electrical wiring and plumbing.
The back yard view of the home shows the private covered patio and the built-in grill area. The steps in the foreground lead down to the trails near the bayou. Note the upstairs deck which offers a wonderful view off the nearby wooded areas. The curving stairwell has a contemporary stair rail and carpet on the stairs. 
Past the curved staircase, you enter the kitchen, dining, and living areas. All areas have abundant natural light as well as stunning contemporary light fixtures.
During renovation of the home, the ceiling height was raised, and a more open floor plan was created.

The outdoor kitchen offers a gas cooktop along with a gas grill. The current owner expanded the back patio and installed a retaining wall in order to also expand the backyard lawn space. 
Once spring arrives, the trees will produce a lovely green canopy.
Current owner also added the covered patio in order to fully enjoy the outdoors. Ceiling fans and recessed can lighting allow for extended periods to enjoy this outdoor living space.
