It can be "outdoor" space, or you can open the 6 panel pocket doors from the house and make this part of the living room. it is pretty amazing and has to be seen to fully appreciate.
Oh my goodness. This kitchen is over the top! From this shot you only see the half of it! The granite island is SO nice! It drops down to more countertop work space and a sink. Built ins on both sides of the oven PLUS a separate prep area behind it. 
Most of the furnishings in this home can stay as they were purchased specifically for this home. Like these barstools that tuck perfectly under the gorgeous granite island. WHAT is not to love about this?!

The guest room has a Hollywood bath. Enter from the bedroom to your own vanity or through the hall near the study where you will find another vanity. Both have granite counters. This bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combo.
Stairs up to HUGE Bonus Room / Bedroom... with 2 closets... a 5.5x8.5 dormer with storage benches, guest bath AND another bedroom that has the bonus dormer space in it as well.
