Again...the pool! Summer Fun!Woodchase Village is a gated community and this unit has a beautiful view of the pool but is far enough away not to be bothered by it. There is a partial open concept flow to this condo with kitchen open to dining and dining open to the living room. Washer, Dryer, Ring Doorbell and refrigerator stay with the property if you want them. The grounds here are lush and well kept. Per owner, Interior was completely painted within the last year and kitchen upgraded with countertop, sink, faucet and plumbing. In regards to the attached inspection report, work done: Water heater was repaired, water supply valves and toliet were fixed. A/C is in good repair.
