The kitchen with many custom features, including pull out shelves, Thermador appliances, an eating area and access to a small balcony to accommodate an outdoor grill off the kitchen.
The island provides a spacious overhang to allow chairs to be pulled up comfortably.

The limestone balcony and balusters provide a special touch to this additional living space on the upper level.
