The Palms is a gated waterfront community with only 12 townhomes. Location has great access to Hwy 105, close to many restaurants and retail establishments.

Spacious living area has wood plank tile flooring, lots of custom cabinets, recessed lighting, new ceiling fan, and of course great views of Lake Conroe! Fireplace surround has also been completely redone to match the rest of the room, and looks great.

Spacious master bedroom is located downstairs and has great views of the lake out the back windows. Block out shades were installed above the lower windows to keep light out when wanted. There is a door located to the left rear of the photo that also leads to the covered rear patio of the home.

Master bath was completely remodeled and upgraded during the process. Huge walk-in shower, all new flooring, counters, light and plumbing fixtures, mirror surrounds etc..

Second living area upstairs could be used as a game room, office area, or what it is currently. Very large storage closet is to the rear of the photo, while the other door leads to a huge walk-in attic that has been floored-in for extra storage.
Second bedroom has wide open views looking across Lake Conroe, and also has a door that leads to the covered upper balcony. All rooms have new carpet and very generous closets.
Third bedroom also has nice open views looking across the lake, and is currently being used as an office. There is a large clothes closet out of view, and a door that leads to the upper covered balcony.

Second full bath up is between both bedrooms, and is also as clean as it can be.
Utility room has lots of extra cabinets plus a folding table. Granite counters and updated back-splash have been added here too. The door leads to the garage, making easy access for bringing grocery's into the kitchen, which is to the other side of this photo.

Lower covered patio area with awesome views of the lake. Both lower and upper patio areas have been screened-in to prevent wasps, bees, mosquitoes etc from bothering you and your guests, while enjoying the views of the lake. Boat dock for the home is right out the back door!

Spacious upper covered balcony has wide open views looking across the lake, and since the back of the home faces East you do not have to worry with the hot afternoon sun burning you off the patio.
Garage has also been professionally painted, and the floors have been treated with non slip epoxy-coating. New garage door opener and spring were also installed. Note garage is extra deep and can accommodate extra long vehicles, or standard cars with plenty of room left over as shown here.

Closer look at the two docks that come with the home. The covered slip with the lift on the right, and the uncovered slip to the left of it in this photo, which is great for visitors coming in by boat from the lake, or for a future Jet-Ski slip.
Another view of the back of the home taken from the lake. Current homeowners had a new railing installed on the stairs for additional/easier access going up and down the stairs. Note how the home is raised up above the lake, which has prevented any flooding issues, even during Harvey. 
Walk-in attic is accessed from the upper living area of the home. Homeowner has had the area floored in for additional storage. When you go into the attic note the partition walls, they are cinder blocks versus the typical wood that we see in almost every townhouse; this is an excellent noise and fire barrier!

Home comes with 2 boat slips (one covered with a lift), plus a deep oversize 2 car garage which has been recently painted, along with a non slip epoxy-coating applied to the garage floor. Home has a nice open floor plan & the Master bedroom is down! Roof is only 2.5 years old, Both HVAC units replaced 2 years ago, 2 new water heaters, new windows, & new garage door opener. Inside was completely remodeled with new flooring, paint, Viking appliances, new light & plumbing fixtures, new door & cabinet hardware, and is in pristine condition! Screened-in porch & balcony, large walk-in attic area for additional storage if needed, and the partition walls between units are cinder-block not wood! The Palms is a gated community with easy access to many restaurants & retail facilities. There are not many properties on Lake Conroe in this condition with these kinds of views at this price point.
