1711 Banks, located in the greater Boulevard Oaks/Southampton neighborhood, was custom built by Woodrock Homes who collaborated with an award-winning architecture firm, Brickmoon Design, and the heralded designer, Lynne T. Jones., ASID.
The entry hall of this 4,566 square foot home features a Hinkley 'Archer' chandelier in a Heritage Brass finish. The entry to the right opens to the study/first floor bedroom while the main living area is straight ahead.
The 800+ square foot main living area is the ideal size for entertaining friends and family or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon. The 7" wide, Silvian European White Oak floors are found throughout the home, excluding the bathrooms and the laundry room.
The 21' x 16' living room has 11' ceilings and a walls of windows & doors by Western Window Systems.

Stepping outside to the 360 square foot covered patio, you will find dual ceiling fans and LED lighting recessed in the wide-plank 'beadboard' ceiling detail.
The outdoor pavilion is pre-plumbed with natural gas to the left should one decide to create a secondary cooking area. Notice the sliding doors that perfectly create an interaction between the indoor and outdoor living areas.
The 6,250 square foot lot has views of the spacious backyard adjacent to the living room and dining which are both provided with numerous windows.

Stepping back into the living room, notice the 60" Minka-Aire Black & Brass celing fan.
The focal point of the living room is the 60" Heatilator direct vent linear gas fireplace with Stacked Slate Ledgestone in Indian Black fire surround.
The kitchen features a Sea Pearl quartzite waterfall island with a Elkay singe basin, stainless sink, and Brizo faucet.

1711 Banks is outfitted with a Thermador appliance package which includes this 48", 6-burner with griddle, double oven range with a potfiller for ease of use.
From the pantry door, it is easy to see that the room is both highly functional and overly generous in proportion.
The 16' x 16' dining room has a tray ceiling with an Elk Lighting ‘Blakeslee’ 8-light chandelier in matte black & satin brass.
The 12' of aluminum clad Jeld-Wen windows provide expansive views of the pool-sized backyard.
Another bespoke detail are the curated stained bookshelves with LED accent lighting. To the right of the kitchen island is the wet bar.
The Black Lava Antracite counters perfectly complement the stained custom cabinetry with glass-front doors.
Additional amenities include an undermount wine refrigerator and a Brizo plumbing fixture in satin brass.
The entry hall just passed the wet bar leads to a vestibule on the left that delivers you to the downstairs bathroom with the study/home office adjacent to the front door.
The 12' x 12' study/home office has a closet to the left of frame with a north facing window that overlooks the front yard. The light fixture is a George Kovacs ‘Alluria’ in Weathered Black/Autumn Gold.
Another view of the study, which can also be utilized as a fifth bedroom, shows the full bath to the right.
The downstairs bath has a separate shower enclosure that can be partioned from the vanity and commode to allow for guests to view it as a powder bath.
The home is afforded an abundance of art walls, ideal for the collector of paintings, photography, and other mixed media.
Speaking of art, the staircase is the seminal statement of 1711 Banks. Notice the custom treads which have been masterfully engineered along the truck of the steel structure.
Here you will find another perfect art wall at the landing of the stairs.
As you arrive at second floor landing you will find the 21' x 15 1/2' upstairs flex room with 10' ceiling height.
Another angle of the flex room shows the wall of east facing windows and the 60" Minka-Aire 3-ceiling fan in Soft Brass with Coal blades. The vestibule leading to the master suite is to the right of the entry beyond the sofa.
The Naika quartzite morning bar just outside of the master is the ideal location for brewing your morning coffee.
Measuring 18' x 16', the sleeping chamber of the master suite has a vaulted ceiling that reaches a height of 16 1/2'. The luxurious master bath and closet are to the left.
The 14' x 11' master bath has 18" x 18" Snow Frost honed marble floors with Brizo Odin plumbing fixtures in Brilliance Brushed Nickel.
Sitting between the matching vanities in Naika quartzite is a 67" soaking tub with a wall-mount Brizo tub filler.
The 17' x 12' master wardrobe has dual north facing windows which provide an abundance of natural light, coupled with LED recessed lights.
Another angle of the master closet shows the dedicated makeup vanity to the right.
Looking back into the master bath from the closet shows the Euro White honed marble tub wall which is replicated in the 6 1/2' x 6 1/2' shower enclosure.

The upstairs flex room is an ideal tv lounge for all ages. On the south wing of the second floor is the guest suite.
This secondary bedroom measures 15' x 11 1/2' and has east facing Jeld-Wen windows. Each of the secondary bedrooms is outfitted a 52" Minka-Aire 'Roto' ceiling fan in brushed aluminium.
Also situated on the second floor is this 11' x 7' laundry room with Himilaya quartz counters and custom cabinetry.
Captured here is one of the three secondary bathrooms. Measuring 7 1/2' x 5 1/2', this ensuite bath services the north bedroom.
Stepping back into the upstairs game room, you will see the adjacent bathroom servicing this room as well as the south wing bedroom.
This 9' x 7' bathroom with frameless glass, shower enclosure services the south wing guest bedroom as well as the upstairs flex room.
The 16' wall of east facing windows in the game room possesses a treehouse-type emotion with views of the mature vegetation.
Taking the stairs back down to the first level as you pass by the eastern wall of Jeld-Wen windows provides an unquantifiable emotion.
