Floor plan for your convenience. This was once a 4-bedroom home and could easily be converted back to that.
There's a cozy living room off the entry. 
You can see there is foundation repair needed, as well as carpet and paint. 
As we leave the front room, you can peek into the next living area. 
This is in the center of the house. The bedrooms are back to the left and the kitchen/garage are to our right. 
Let's go check out the bedroom wing. 
The first bedroom is across the hall from the bath. There are two closets nearby.

The closet is shown and there's another linen closet behind the door by the bath. 
The hall bath features a long vanity and a tub/shower combination that is ready for a makeover. 
The back of the house was reconfigured to make a gigantic primary suite. It was originally 14x10, with an en-suite bath.

The kitchen is shown here. They're not sure if the dishwasher works. The fridge will be removed.

You could enlarge the kitchen area to make it an eat-in and really have some fun with this remodel.

The washer and dryer connections are in the garage.
