Located in Windsor Lakes. The Woodlands gated 55+ community, you are never far from recreation, shopping and relaxation. The close proximity to I45 means easy access to the destinations in the Woodlands and Conroe.
Immaculately kept and updated through out the years. The community provides front yard maintenance, fence maintenance and periodic painting of the house and refinishing the front door. The roof was put on new in 2019. Leaffilters were added to help keep debris from entering the gutters.
A place to tinker....the garage has great organization with cabinets, wall units and a workbench. The house is served by a water filtration system.
A full light front door greets you as you walk up to enter the home. 
Entering the home on wood floors you can see all the way to the back yard, and you can get a sense of how open and livable the home will be.
The first room to your right is the formal sitting room or formal dining room. Set up as a sitting area, you can see how a nice sized table would fit for those holiday gatherings.
Stepping into the living room, updates are noticeable all around. The fireplace structure with water vapor fireplace unit, built in trophy cabinet/electronics cabinet were 2020 updates and the creation of the sun room took place in 2018.
Check out how awesome that water vapor fire place looks. No heat is produced so it can be run at anytime of the year. The french doors lead to the home office.
Another part of the remodel was the gutting and rebuilding of the kitchen.

Have you seen one of the drawer microwave ovens? You can check that one off the list when you visit this home. Quartz Counters are gleaming from the light. 
What was once an outdoor patio, is now a sun room with a door to the Arbor covered patio. This is a great first spot to stop in the morning and gather your thoughts for the day. 
Professionally built out and permitted, the space is climate controlled like the rest of the house and provides a great view of the back yard and the water feature that was rebuilt in 2021.
Solid core barn doors provide privacy and access to the primary bedroom from the sun room. Custom designed Tableaux wall hangings fit in between the living room and the sun room.
At the end of the day, retire to your spacious and inviting primary suite. The bumped out bay window gives you more floor space to add a sitting area in the room.
A wide wall can accommodate a number of configurations and sizes of furniture. 
If a TV is wanted, there a place of the wall above the dresser for that equipment. 
A great view of the sun room from the bed. With the barn doors open or closed, you have a unique and comfortable room.
Why go to the spa when you can step into this bathroom. For ease of use, an ADA spec curb-less shower was created and a forward thinking feature of the shower is the water control is near the entrance so you can set the water temp without out having to dodge the cold water until it heats up. A ceiling mounted heater helps keep you warm on those cold mornings.
LED back lit mirror and dual vanities help keep the peace on days you both need to get ready.
Looking back toward the bedroom you get to see the soaking tub that will help melt away the stress of the day.
A hallway half bath is a nice feature for those times you have multiple guest in your home. 
A functional office with custom built-ins that come with the TV included. The office over looks the secluded private atrium accessible from the hallway.
French doors offer privacy and a functional desk make this a great place for zoom meetings and working from home.
Secondary bedroom one is about 12x11 has a nice closet and views to the front of the house.
Another spa like bathroom on the other side of the house had the old shower removed and a curb-less shower installed making both bathrooms more accessible for you.
Bedroom three has seen its life through the lens of a craft room. With plenty of space for a sewing table and storage shelves, this room could also accommodate a traditional bedroom, office or gym.
A patio home would not be complete without a private bricked in atrium. Off the hallway, this is a secluded spot to relax on those awesome Texas days.
Extra room is always appreciated in a utility room. Having a soaking sink is a bonus.
Following the stone river rock bed from the front yard, you will see it originates in the back yard next to the water feature. At night the back yard is lit up from numerous lights scattered around with strategic placement for dramatic effect. 
A whole house Generac generator was installed in 2021. If power does go out, the generator kicks on in a flash.
Offering shade to the back of the house, the hand build wooden arbor, was one of the first additions to the house and is a great place to watch birds enjoying the food in the bird feeder.
Lastly, we wind up back at the beginning of the back yard near the water feature. The sound of the running water is soothing and relaxing.
