This unit enjoys being past the guard house.Hard to find remodeled end unit on a pool courtyard past the guard house with guest parking at your front door. The rarely available corner location provides tons of extra light with a planter box kitchen window and French doors off the dining area. It also allows for a larger wrap around turf patio enclosed with a privacy fence. The owner did the remodel as if he was going to live there, so higher end materials were used for the bamboo wood flooring in the living and dining room, the carpeting throughout the upstairs, the granite in the kitchen and baths as well as the tile in the remodeled primary shower. Cabinets all were freshly painted. The fixtures and hardware were updated and new window coverings were installed. Even the toilets were replaced with the newer taller seat level. The washer, dryer and refrigerator will convey. No history of flooding even during Harvey and no issues with the pipes during the Valentine Day freeze.
