The land directly across the street is owned by the Galveston Bay Foundation thus offering a permanent bay view.
This spacious deck runs the length of the West side of the home and wraps to the back of the home on the North side.
The east wall of windows also offers faux roman shades. Engineer wood floors flow throughout the home with tile in the wet areas. Note the speakers dotting the living room ceiling.
