As you enter the foyer, you're greeted by the main spiral staircase (there's another staircase next to the kitchen) and you have a view through the home to your pool deck and Lake Conroe beyond. 
From the foyer, the formal dining room is to your left. The doorway leads to the butler's pantry which separates the dining area from the kitchen.
To your right of the foyer is the wood-paneled office -- just what you'd expect in a home of this caliber.
As we step through the foyer, there's a formal living area with a very large bar area (to the left of this photo).
From this angle the bar area starts to come into sight. Notice the fluted columns and the dentil molding.
As you can see from this angle, the wet bar has direct access to the kitchen and is positioned such that it serves the formal living area to one side and the more casual family room in the other. And, of course, the large breakfast bar of the kitchen is where guests will congregate.
Step past the bar and you enter the kitchen. For reference, the butler's pantry is directly to your left. Notice the intricate detail of the corbel supporting the breakfast bar.

Turn around and Lake Conroe fills the large butted-glass window that surrounds the breakfast area.
Another look back at the kitchen and butler's pantry. The doorway to the right leads to the rear stairway, a very large pantry area and rear door access to the garage area.
Turn to your right and you're gazing into the casual family room area.
From the casual family room area looking back through the kitchen and breakfast room, you can now see how the large bar in the formal living area accesses the kitchen.
Gas fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking your pool deck and Lake Conroe. There's a door to the right that leads directly to the pool deck. Now we'll go to the other side of the home while remaining on the first floor and take a look at the master suite.

This is the room adjacent to the master bedroom. The view of Lake Conroe can be an inspiring motivation whether relaxing with a good book or working out on your elliptical.

Turn around and you get a real sense of the size of this master bathroom.

Guest suite #4 which, unlike the others which are carpeted, features tile flooring and is considerably larger than the others. Could be used as a media room or play room as well as the fifth bedroom. It's good to have choices. Meanwhile, the landing to the rear staircase is just outside this room, so let's go back downstairs...
As we mentioned earlier, the utility room boasts a full-size oven which comes in handy for those large gatherings, and the size of this home certainly accommodates lots of guests. There is also a full-sized refrigerator sitting to the right of the oven (not seen in this photo).
