As you step into the foyer of unit 407, the south facing wall of windows draws your attention to this home that feels like it resides within a labyrinth of tree limbs.

Stepping back into the kitchen from the outdoor loggia you will notice a wine tower that can accommodate approximately 75 bottles of wine.

Additional Gaggenau appliances include integrated refrigerator/freezer towers, dual ovens which provide both convection and steam options, as well as a microwave drawer and dishwasher not captured in this image. To the right of the wine tower is a large walk-in pantry.
Here is a view of the great room from the pantry. The opening to the right of the television leads to the master suite.
The designer placed a door at the beginning of the vestibule leading to the master suite to provide an additional layer of privacy. The doors to the right lead to the spa-like bath and wardrobe closet with the bedroom just beyond those double doors.
The automatic shades and blackout curtains can be controlled via your Smart device or in-home controls. Notice the 100-year old Live Oaks that make this room feel more like a lavish treehouse.
A sliding door is afforded to this suite should you desire to access the outdoor loggia without traversing through the living room.
This breathatking bathroom has a 12'+ quartz vanity with double sinks, a soaking tub and oversized closet with seated bench. To the right of the shower is the wardrobe closet.
The homeowners procured California Closets to create the perfect wardrobe to suit their needs. Track lighting which is reserved for the finest clothing boutiques in the world was selected for this breathtaking closet.
As the design of the bathroom does not feature a makeup vanity, the designer overcame that objection and provided one which you will see on the right hand side.
Stepping back into the bathroom from the closet you will better appreciate the size of the frameless shower enclosure. A private water closet is to the left of frame, not photographed.

The dining room measures 21 1/2' x 14' and also is afforded south facing views looking through the trees. A feature worth noting about this room is its sheer volume which can handle a rectangular table to seat 12 people or a 72" round table for 10.
This secondary bedroom measures significantly bigger than other Alina floorplans in the building as the homeowner elected to the open the room to not only gain an additional 50 square feet for the bedroom, but the bedroom now has dual east facing windows instead of wasting natural light on a closet.. This subtle detail is yet another example of the thoughtfulness put into the design of Unit 407.
By creating this extra 50 square feet, this bedroom has a perfectly placed office nook with an adjacent floor-to-ceiling window. As with all of the other rooms in the home, in-ceiling speakers and lighting are controlled via your smart device or in-wall controls.
The third bedroom on the property measures 14' x 12' and has a walk-in closet to the right of the blue chair. An en suite bath is to the left of frame.
As this bedroom is tucked in the farthest corner of the building, the homeowners utilize this room as a home office but could easily accommodate a queen bed with side tables and dresser.
