Here is a view from the southeast corner of the rear lawn. The mature tree is perfectly positioned in the backyard providing much-desired, dappled shade.

Here is another view of the backyard and outdoor patio. The builder provided an electric and gas connection, located to the right of the living windows, should one desire to install an outdoor kitchen at a later date. Stepping back into the home form the rear patio you will notice the 42" gas log fireplace which sits center stage in the living room.

Here is a great photograph to better appreciate the location of the breakfast room in relationship to the family room. So often, homes are designed either without a breakfast room or with the table tucked in a corner, restricting the view to the dedicated television wall.

Coming back towards the front of the home, we pass by the formal dining prior to arriving at the foyer.
Here is a view of the grand entry with its north facing Jeld-Wen windows overlooking the covered patio. The study/home office is located to the right of the front door.
The 13 1/2' x 12' home office has dual windows, facing both north and south, which, combined with the 6-light chandelier and LED recessed can lighting, provide ample illumination for this room.
Here is another view of the study which is large enough for one to arrange this room with both a desk and a couple of occasional chairs opposite the desk.
The glass & wood door provide an additional layer of privacy to this room. Notice the herringbone-pattern floors, providing a subtle touch to create a hint of formality for this room.
Tucked underneath the stairs is a walk-in 7' x 4' coat and storage closet. The powder bath servicing the first floor is to the right of the coat closet.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, measures 18' x 15 1/2' and has south facing windows that provide a treehouse-like view.
The bedroom also has a tray ceiling detail which reaches a height of 11'. The bi-fold doors open to the master bath and wardrobe closet.
It isn't often that you find a master bath that measures 18' in width. Dual 6' vanities act as bookends in between the oversized, dual entry shower.
Designed with optimal functionality at the forefront, the makeup vanity is perfect for those desiring an abundance of natural light. To the right of the bi-fold doors you will find the built-in chest of drawers and cabinets that also houses dual laundry hampers.
To the left of the 66" soaking tub is the door that leads to the water closet which also has built-in storage above the commode. The doorway to the right of the water closet leads to the master wardrobe.
The wardrobe closet has a polished marble packing island with a leathered finish. Along with an abundance of storage drawers along the back wall, you will also find additional storage in the center island. Not captured in this photograph is a wall of adjustable-height shelves to store an immense number of footwear.
The 66" soaking tub has a convenient, wall-mounted chrome plumbing fixture mounted to the shower 'pony wall'. Not visible from this angle are two shampoo niches in the shower enclosure, hidden from view within the pony wall.
Here is a view of the master bedroom from the threshold of the bathroom.
Subtle quality details are worth pointing out such as iron stair balusters drilled directly into the floor and designer newels with handsome linear accents. To the right of the windows, you will find the entrance to the upstairs game room.
This game room has north and west facing windows with a beamed ceiling that reaches a pinnacle of 14 feet.
Often times, game rooms are actually the landing area on the second floor which allows for reverberant roars from young ones watching movies or playing games. Here you will see the solid core doors to the left that assist in containing the audible excitement in the room. The divided lite glass door leads to the terrace deck.
The north facing brick-paved patio overlooks the front lawn and provides an ideal place of refuge from the second floor.
Measuring 16 1/2' x 14', this game room is large enough for a fun-filled movie night with friends and family. The custom built-in cabinetry measures over 10' in width which allows for an abundance of storage for board games, toys and more.

This 9 1/2' x 5 1/2' bathroom services the previously mentioned bedroom as well as the game room located at the front of the home.
The middle bedroom has north facing windows. The bathroom with its walk-in shower is located to the left of the bed. Each of the secondary bedrooms has a Minka-Aire 52" ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a frameless shower enclosure with bench. Opposite the vanity is the 6' x 5' walk-in closet which is to the left of the shower enclosure.
This secondary bedroom is located on the west side of the home. This room measures 13 1/2' x 12' and has west facing windows. In the far left corner of this image is a doorway leading to the large, walk-in closet. The doorway adjacent to the bed leads to the ensuite bath.
