The gameroom has a wall of windows overlooking the pool. In the room the French doors lead to the activity/gameroom, and the door on the right opens to an extra room that would make an ideal exercise or craft room.
The real "Game" room features a buffet counter with mini refrigerator and wine cooler, a wall mounted bar, and enough room for both ping-pong and air hockey tables! There is a "TEXAS BASEMENT" behind the door at the end of the room for extra walk-in storage.
The neutral colored bedrooms are all good size with walk -in closets. This room faces the from of the house and has plantation shutters.
This Hollywood bathroom can be accessed directly from the bedroom or the hallway.
This secondary bedroom has a ceiling fan, as they all do, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

There is decking for plenty of sunbathing and walking around the pool. Visible in this photo are the little waterfalls on the back wall of the pool. The above ground spa is at the far end of the pool which can get alot of use once the cold winter months come.
