Back to the front entry, the picture shows the stately stairway and the dining room. But first, let's take a look at the large and lovely living room straight ahead when you enter.
This octagonal shaped living room is absolutely stunning with its views of the back yard and pool, and its walls that are perfect for highlighting art collections. Light streams in, plenty of room for a piano with multiple sitting areas. A beautiful welcome to guests as they enter the home. You are getting a sneak peek to the kitchen and bar area on the left.

The turfed yard allows for green views all year long and the sparkling pool is always bright and blue. Notice the porch where the study leads out, the copper gutters and the summer kitchen and lanai to the right. Landscaping is maturing nicely allowing for ultimate privacy. Back at the grand entry - heading upstairs... How about that beautiful window?

First, we will view the stunning primary suite which is privately situated away from the other bedrooms and from the game room.
Welcome to the expansive primary suite with its vaulted shiplap ceiling and own fireplace. Deigned for a sitting area and a sleeping area, there is plenty of space to create your personal sanctuary. This window is looking out on to Brentwood.
Wow is probably the word to come to your mind when you come in to the primary bath. This marble focal point is absolutely divine. Bath is large and lovely with two private water closets, two vanities, two closets and a fabulous shower that opens to both sides.

Here is the front bedroom that faces Brentwood. Notice that the handsome hardwoods continue throughout the upstairs, and this bedroom features a vaulted beam ceiling. In all of the bedrooms, the quality of the finishes remains the same. No corners cut here!
One of the secondary baths. Again, all bedrooms are ensuite with walk in closets. All are different tile patterns as well.
Before we head down the hallway to the back of the second floor, check out the laundry room. Full size stacked washer and dryer are already there. Plenty of hanging space and counter space. Have you seen a prettier laundry room?
Here we go heading down the "hallway" that overlooks the great room. Along the hallway, you will find two more generous sized bedrooms and baths. A spectacular view!

The last room to show you on the second floor is the 5th bedroom or exercise room. Grand views from this room overlooking the back yard and pool. It is the easily accessible from the back stairway which also makes it a great fit for guests who may be coming and going at different times from the rest of the family. The full bath is also accessible from the game room. 
Heading down the back stairway, here is a glimpse of the already installed elevator. There are only two floors here at Brentwood which makes for no wasted space! 
The last thing to show you on our tour of Brentwood is the wonderful outdoor space. Charter Custom Homes is known for designing family friendly summer kitchens and lanais.
