Another view of the home, this is a corner lot. Owners lived here for 17+ years and the property has never flooded. During Harvey...the water remained up to the curve. Home never flooded during Ike, Rita, or Harvey.

This photo was taken from the upstairs balcony. The beautiful wood panel walls are 20 feet high, wood/gas fireplace with mantel built-ins and cabinets. Flooring was recently replaced. Double French Doors that lead to the back yard, patio deck, swimming pool (10' deep end).
This half bath was gutted and all updated with tile flooring, single sink and mirror, and light fixture.
Master Bedroom had flooring replaced, recently repainted all interior walls. King size bed along with an armoire, cedar chest and chairs.
