This space was added in the 1970's, in preserving the integrity of the home, the owners decided to keep the original floor! This was one very large room and with vision, they divided it into two spaces PLUS they added a huge loft area reached by the spiral staircase, that is a wonderful place for reading, painting, anything you can imagine.
The family room again shows the original terracotta tile floors. This room is the life of the house with a 100" projector screen with Sony projector and an amazing pitched ceiling. 
Game table, upstairs breakfast table, arts and craft table - this space is part of the family room with a two story wall of Marvin contemporary windows which have custom Lutron automatic shades. The views of the pool and yard from here are amazing.
