Welcome to The Cove at Walden on Lake Conroe! Whether living full time or week ends, this little complex made up of only 3 buildings is never the "sea of humanity" like so many other condo complexes in the area around the lake.
The private club house for resident use only is like having your own mini vacation without having to go far! Residents are known to gather at the clubhouse for sports events, family gatherings or just a casual get together with other residents. It offers a kitchen, recreation area, living room and bathrooms. Such a nice setting.
This setting is real and can be your perfect place to enjoy full time or summer week ends! Short term rentals are allowed here with strict rules enforced. One walks behind the lounge chairs to get to the lake. You can see it in the distance.

There are only 3 buildings total in the complex! it is adjacent to one of two of Walden's private, gated, resident boat launches! This is a 2nd floor condo offering 2 bedrooms, living and dining. While this condo does not view the lake, it's balcony overlooks cascading waterfalls that end at the pool and club house, and one enjoys the perks of lake front living in the complex with lush grounds and swings lake side as well as temporary boat tie ups.
