WOODWAY PINES POOL FRONT UNIT! Enjoy this lovely end unit (extra windows) where light filters through the plantation shutters. A great pool view from the kitchen and bedroom. In 2020: Replacement windows installed, rotten wood under bay window, removed and repaired, new washer and dryer, new kitchen faucet, two new bath shower heads, added under cabinet lighting, can light in kitchen, installed primary bathroom "barn door", and installed sheet rock in garage. 2021: New AC installed, HVAC system serviced twice a year. Unit painted a lovely gray.
