We enlisted Rachel to help sell two new construction homes in The Houston Heights. As a builder, we’ve worked with several of the best agents in Houston and Rachel truly stands out. Throughout the process, she made us feel like we were her only clients. She went above and beyond, following up with every potential buyer, providing detailed feedback from each visit, taking extensive notes for us to understand buyers’ preferences for our next project, and truly being a part of our team. She went above and beyond to help us with ideas for improving small details around the home in order to list while being an advocate during each transaction. We are a family-owned builder and Rachel is now an honorary member of our family.
