We contacted Jill to list our home after reading her impressive bio. Jill has all the qualifications you could possibly want and need in a realtor. She is a fulltime agent and there for you 100% of the time. After meeting with her to discuss our home listing, Jill came over and spent almost an entire day helping stage our home. She went to each room in our home making certain every area looked great! She even brought over a couple of carloads of her own staging items! After getting the house picture perfect, she scheduled a top of the line professional photographer. This photographer took beautiful photos of our home including drone shots of our outdoor area and pool. The first weekend of our listing Jill hosted an open house. Within ten days we were able to get a contract for the full asking price on our home. The buyers needed to move into our home quickly, so Jill worked with the buyers realtor and we were able to close the entire deal in 21 days! We were completely blown away by all the things Jill did to take care of our home sale. She is absolutely the best, no doubt about it!!

Jill is amazing! I did a lot of research on realtors after having a bad experience with another company. Jill exceeded any and every expectation I had by far. The other company had my home on the market for weeks and produced nothing. With no major changes to the home, Jill listed my home and in two days produced 15 showings in addition to an open house that had over 35 people attend. In two days I had nine offers and was able to close in within a month at a price above my list price. From start to finish Jill was there to guide, advise and encourage me. She went above and beyond so many times I think that is her normal operating mode.

Jill Wente is an incredible realtor! We lived in the area for about 3 years before taking the house-hunting plunge and truly could not have chosen a better realtor to work with. Jill is professional and patient, she is an incredible resource who is 100% there for her clients at all times. We had a lot of questions and didn't want to pay any closing costs or prepaid costs out of pocket - Jill is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and it SHOWS. We got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted AND had several bonuses thrown in, including appliances and gutters. She was there for inspections/walk-throughs and kept in contact with our builder's salesperson as well. If you want a strong realtor who is also pleasant to work with (which I've learned is rare), then Jill is the realtor for you!!

In 2013 Jill was our realtor buying our first home in the Houston area. She was amazing! She taught us as we went through the process and we were so pleased with her professionalism. Jill made the process fun. When it was time to sell that property for a job transfer we knew who to call. Jill once again taught us and guided us along as we sold that property. Now we are back in the Houston area looking to buy again and Jill is our go to agent. She is amazing. She knows the area. Teaches us what to look for and really gets to know her clients to make the home buying process more customized to the needs of the individual. She gets stuff done, has valuable connections and recommendations, and really cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough.
