This is a long overdue recommendation. A little over 9 months ago, I contacted Ziad to help us find a suitable house with one catch. We were from out of state and needed someone in the Katy Area to be our eyes and ears and have our best interest. And he did not disappoint! Ziad did a great job making first time home buying very smooth, he guided us every step of the way, he went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed.

I worked with Ziad in a transaction and I want to say that he has a very good work ethic. He is a very honest agent and worked very fair with all the Realtors that submitted an offer on his listing. He received about 12 offers and he was working with every one of the Realtors like he had no offers on the table.
