Ced is an excellent realtor. We'd given up on finding a down payment assistance program because our income disqualified us from many of the ones I was finding, but Ced was able to find us a program and a lender that participated in the program. He even was able to get the seller to pay some of our closing costs. Ced saved us a lot of money!! He was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to buy.
