Kim was patient with us and helped pick an area that was a great commute to my husband's job and excellent for resale value. Even after the sale, she checked in periodically to see how we were doing. When it was time to put our house on the market, she was definitely my first call. She gave excellent pointers on how to stage the home and was attentive through every step of the process. Thanks to her, our house was only on the market for three days. I wish I could have brought her to Maryland to help with our purchase here.
