She provided the contacts and recommended a contractor to upgrade the house to like new condition. The contractor was extraordinarily competent and qualified. She provided us with a stager to show off the best attributes of the house . Sherri also was always available and accessible throughout the whole process. Once we got the house ready for sell we received multiple offers above asking price and the house went under contract in two days after listing.
