Our home was for sale for over 8 mo. before we tried Tonya. We used two different realtors and though we had showings we only had one offer which fell through. From our first phone call with Janis she had us scheduled to look at the first property we were interested in within 2 hours, expertly pointed out the positives & negatives throughout. I recently closed a transaction with John where he represented the buyer and I was the listing agent. He helped his buyer present an offer that won a multiple offer situation.
