Randal Shinn

Bringing you to the country is our family tradition. As the son of a Broker and a lifelong resident of eastern Collin County, Real Estate is my passion and my life. I have grown up in the Real Estate profession, receiving my Real Estate License in 1978, graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Agricultural Economics with a Real Estate Appraisal Minor, and immediately going into business with my Father, Bob Shinn, who started the business in 1967. I bring an expertise and knowledge of the Collin County area that few Realtors can match. I am a fourth generation, Texan, with my family settling in Collin County in 1878. I was raised on our family farm, and continue to raise cattle and care for our farm north of Farmersville. I am active in the community and our Realtor Association, being a former city council member of Wylie, serving as a director of the Texas Association of Realtors, serving as immediate past chair of the CCAR Government Affairs Committee and past chair of CCAR TREPAC Committee, serving on the CCAR By-Laws Committee, Secretary-Treasurer of CCAR, and being active in the Blue Ridge Methodist Church. I am married and my wife, Doreen, and I am the proud parents of 4 children and 5 grandchildren. "Bringing You to the Country is our Family Tradition" is more than a slogan, it is a way of life.
