I'm a broker I think you should look for a broker who has other brokers under his company. You could learn a lot from all of them! This way you could get many ideas from them all. This will take you to the next level when you start your own company in the future. I hope this info will help you with your many up coming years in real estate.

I would do your market research with this just as if you were researching a formal "business idea" that you were investing in. If an agent in the luxury arena can niche out themselves an online presence in organic search, in that LA market, they would be a great mentor- or at least worthy of contacting. Seeking out the matter of finding a mentor can be just as important as learning from one.
