Paula Karp

A Houstonian through-and-through, recognized top producer Paula Karp likes to tell people she was “born at Hermann Hospital.” A true professional, Paula first developed her exceptional real estate knowledge and skills during her long career as a property manager where she worked with residents, vendors, accountants, prepared financial reports, and, most importantly, served her residents planning and assisting with their relocation needs. She learned the rewards of turning clients into friends, a goal every Realtor should have.

“Working with my clients and developing a relationship is like building a home,” says Paula. “You start with a strong foundation and build it one brick at a time.” It’s no surprise that her clients voted her the “Realtor with a Heart,” a special award from the Houston Chronicle. A Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Paula has a “never give up” attitude and her integrity leads her to always want to do the right thing in any situation.

Paula was the 2012 M. D. Anderson Cancer Center President of Faculty and Family Organizations and has served as chairperson for the hospital's Sites Around Town and Fellows' Liaison and as co-chairperson for welcoming and volunteering. Paula also works with Rexanna's Foundation for Lung Cancer Research. She is also active in her church where she has served in many different areas.

Paula and her husband, a physician with M. D. Anderson Hospital, have four adult children and nine granddaughters.
