Licensed since 1999, Paul lists and sells in neighborhoods across the greater Houston area. In addition to sales of existing homes, his wealth of experience encompasses listing broker for high-end builders, new-home sales counselor, new-home construction manager, marketing director, and sales manager. Paul’s impressive and ever-growing list of achievements includes the 2008 National Award for Region 5 Marketing Director of the Year, the 2006 PRISM Award for Marketing Professional of the Year, and inclusion as one of four finalists for the 2006 and 2007 Texas Star Awards for Marketing Professional of the Year.

Paul is committed to the ideal that anyone who seeks success must support their industry, and he is positioned squarely at the forefront of leadership and change in the real estate industry. He has filled many capacities for various organizations including the Houston Association of Realtors MLS Advisory Group, Builder Broker Task Force, co-chair of the NextGen Realtor Group, and served as a member of the Board of Directors of GHBA Sales and Marketing Council. Paul was named Custom Builder Council Member of the Year in 2003. In addition, Paul mentors other Realtors and shares his particular expertise in implementing technology in the everyday practice of real estate. In August of 2019, Paul became the sales manager for Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty - a great match for his desire to help agents achieve their maximum success. In 2021, Paul was promoted to Director of Agent Growth as well as began serving a 2 year term on the HAR Board of Directors and a 3 year term on the Texas Association of Realtors.

When not working supporting his amazing agents, Paul enjoys spending time with his daughter along with his 7 nieces and nephews. Paul is also an avid cyclist who has participated in the MS150 and many other charity rides.
