I have been a licensed Texas real estate agent in the Houston area since 1981 that's 40+ years!!! that is a lot of deals, a lot of homes, and retail properties that I have been involved with. I bring a tremendous amount of experience to the table in every real estate transaction. Real estate is in my blood, passed down from my grandfathers, to my parents and then to me. A wealth of experience as an agent is the difference from you being frustrated, pissed off and wondering why didn't you get the chance to buy that house. These days apparently if an agent doesn't have an answer for you either way they choose to hide out by ignoring your calls, your texts and even emails. They simply ghost you until they know something. Why waste your time with one of these types who is probably learning how to do real estate on your transaction, at your expense. Today's low inventory on homes makes it really tough for buyers to compete to win a multiple offer situation. The market dictates that you hire an agent that knows the market and is going cover every angle of your acquisition. Of course I have a few Rockstar maneuvers and strategies that can put you the buyer in the position to actually buy the home that you want to make your dream home. There are many things that can't be anticipated by a newish real estate agent who hasn't been been at this for a long time. I came aboard with Coldwell Banker Realty in 2019. It is my second tour of duty with CB (last time was the late 90's through early 2000's) Today's real estate market reminds me of the excitement that I first experienced 40 years ago when entering the Houston real estate market. Paul helped sell a property

For the majority of us, a home purchase is the single biggest investment we will ever make. While the price reflects the home's layout, building materials used & location of the property, the true worth of a home is immeasurable. It is the place where we create memories with the ones we hold dearest, and where we can retreat from the rest of the world and be our true selves.

We put our home on the market, not foreseeing the stress that was to come. We went through 3 (yes, THREE) realtors before we FINALLY hired Paul Gomberg. Before Paul, we experienced disappointments, one after the next.

Eventually, our home was listed as a short sale. Communication with our realtors was laughable. THEIR communication w/buyers was ineffective, and frankly...embarrassing to us. Unnecessary fees were asked of potential buyers, and we did SO much of the legwork ourselves! Worst of all, the amount of times we heard 'NO' and 'CAN'T' was discouraging.

Enter Paul.

Paul is not your typical, cookie cutter realtor that you may see on billboards. He does not have 4-inch high beauty pageant hair, and does not end sentences with, "Well, bless your heart!" He brings honesty & effective communication to the table. He is fair & realistic, and invests the time to make things happen. The time he spent with us on the phone, answering questions & providing us w/information, far exceeds the amount of time the previous 3 realtors spent, combined.

Paul possesses the integrity to see things through the right way, and doesn't cut corners.

In 16 months, we were given many excuses as to why a short sale COULDN'T happen.

With Paul, we were given a CLOSING DATE. TWO years after we first listed the house.
