David is a consummate professional when it comes to real estate. From the moment I contacted him and left just vague information on a voicemail, he contacted me very quickly and had already done all his homework about the land I was looking to sell. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and he had a listing online by the next morning. He had a contract on our property within 5 to 6 days. It just closed yesterday and he has been a great help and did a wonderful job with a very quick turnaround. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs whether buying or selling.
