Nina Morriss

Nina Morriss is known for her approachable style, integrity and positive attitude. Her tenacity and attention to details, stemming from a broad legal and business background, provides her the foundation to successfully navigate her clients through the ebbs and flows of the home buying process. Nina made the decision to pursue a career in Real Estate since working with people is her passion.

She believes in building long term relationships through open, candid and proactive communications. Helping her clients find the home of their dreams through her strong work ethic and robust negotiation skills has been extremely satisfying. Nina strongly believes it essential to provide her clients with unparalleled levels of service.

Nina graduated Law School in Taiwan before moving to Philadelphia to attend Temple University where she received her Master of Laws degree in 2001. She moved to New York City where she worked in a boutique law firm, then moved to the Washington D.C. area to work for a top tier Intellectual Property law firm. Nina is currently licensed to practice Law in the state of New York. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Nina and her husband live in Northwest Houston. She loves to hike, travel, gardening when time allows and enjoys cooking various styles of food. Having lived 10 years in Texas, one can say she is well versed in the many traditions of Texas and has fallen in love with the people and culture you find in this diverse state.
