Nicole was amazing, she made the process of selling our old home easy! We closed within 3 months of the house being on the market, and she was able to get us the full amount that we were listing it for and then some. She communicated well and gave us any breakdown to any information that was being given to us that we were unsure of. Not to mention she put in amazing effort to do open houses in our area and made the time to ensure that we were on the right path.

After what felt like 3 long months, we closed on our current home and now we are in the process of buying our new construction home. She was also able to guide us on getting the best interest rate in the area, and making this process easy as can be. Despite any obstacles that we came across Nicole was able to confidently give her assurance on the process that we were going through at that time.
