My name is Nell Walder and I've been working in real estate for 20 years. While I am open to all areas of Houston/Harris county---I am most familiar with Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita area. In fact, my favorite part of the city is the Lake Houston area for its parks, shopping centers, and many recreational activities! My family and I love to explore and do new things! To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I love working with families and working with seniors is truly my calling! I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and involved with several local organizations and serve on boards at the state level as well! Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers. I love being known as the "go to" person for information and resources! I believe it is important to serve with Knowledge Integrity and Superior Service!
