Mike Day became a Realtor after many years of success as an executive and business owner in the management consulting and energy industries. Mike assists clients who are selling or purchasing in the resale home market, buying new construction, or starting with a lot and designing their own custom residence. He is well acquainted with families relocating, buying their first home, or undergoing a transition. He offers knowledge about neighborhoods all over the Houston area that includes schools, churches, civic organizations, entertainment, sports, dining, and commuting options,"

Mike grew up in Maryland, received a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Maryland and a MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He spent 12 years as an economic and financial consultant at Ernst & Young, six years with Louis Dreyfus Energy Trading and Duke Energy as a risk management executive, and five years as a business owner in the energy industry. He and his wife, empty nesters with two adult sons, enjoy sailing, hiking, and participating in community and church events. They spend several weekends each year leading their church's Catholic Engaged Encounter retreat for couples.
