He was kind, patient, insightful, and above all put our long-term interests over a quick business deal. It’s these qualities that we continue to value over the past decade as each of us became experienced real estate investors. He is detail-oriented, down-to-earth, and has excellent command of both English and Spanish (valuable in getting intel about property and the neighborhood.) Priscilla was the absolute best. She was very helpful from the very first day, to even now after I closed on my first home.
