About Melanie Hutson
As a native Houstonian, I have truly enjoyed all the city has to offer. In 1999 I developed Avalon Corporate Housing, a very successful corporate housing company, which expanded over the next 15 years. I was fortunate enough to work with customers who were traveling or in between buying and selling their homes. With over 1500 fully furnished homes throughout the greater Houston and surrounding areas, I became an area expert. It was during this time that I was able to learn and develop a strong understanding of what it takes to exceed my client's expectations. Working with people is a true passion of mine and that is why I decided to expand my career into the real estate market. It is my goal to create a true partnership with my clients.
