She had a successful career for 11 years, specializing in transportation and land development, earning her Professional Engineers License. Cathy and her husband David have lived in Houston since 1992. They have raised 6 children while living in Spring Valley and are members at Grace Presbyterian Church, serving as elders, teaching Sunday School and Bible Study. Their children have attended Baylor University, and are attending Texas A&M University and the University of Oklahoma. When they aren't busy in Houston or visiting their kids, David and Cathy enjoy spending time at their ranch near Moulton, Texas.
